Class Details

Spinning: A 45min fun, athletic cardiovascular cycling class. The ultimate calories killer!

 

Body Blast: A circuit class involving a mix of standard circuit training moves to improve the cardio and anaerobic capacity of the body.

 

Bodypump: Bodypump is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit. We use light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, moving to the beat of the music. This full body workout will burn crazy calories whilst helping to shape and tone your entire body.

 

Tabata: Tabata training is a high intensity interval training workout featuring exercises that last for 4mins each. This class burns calories and targets the full body in one class.

 

Circuits: Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or resistance training using high intensity aerobics. This class targets cardiovascular and muscular endurance.

Free to all gym members. Non members €8 per class.
*Boxing – €4 for members, €8 for non-members.
