Class Details

Body Blast – A full body circuit class with a mixture of cardio and resistance training exercises. This is a 45 minute class and is suitable for beginners.

Boxfit – A high intensity cardio class using boxing equipment including gloves pads and punchbags. It is non-contact and suitable for all levels. It is a high calorie, great fat burning 45 minute class and also helps with breathing and coordination.

HIRT – This is a resistance workout using barbells and dumbbells. It also has cardio movements thrown in between sets to elevate your heart rate. This class has very little rest periods and is a more advanced class.

Xtreme HIT – This is our toughest non-heated class of the week using our polar club heart rate system. The entire class is done at a heart rate of 80% and above using intense spin bike and floor cardio exercises. It is a 30 minute non-stop class.

Circuits – A full body circuit class with a mixture of cardio and resistance training exercises. This is a 45 minute class and is suitable for beginners.

Spinning – A high intensity indoor cycling class training to the beat of the music with lots of sprints and climbs, this is one of our most popular classes and lasts for 45 minutes.

Heated Spinning – Just like a spinning class but done with our polar club heart rate system so you can see how hard you are working and compete with other riders. Temperatures get up to around 30 degrees in the heated room so it is an extremely challenging class but has huge health benefits such as a bigger calorie burn, increased anaerobic performance and a more efficient cardiovascular system.

Heated Boxfit – A high intensity class using a range of different boxing equipment and our polar club heart rate system. A great class suitable for all levels which will improve balance, breathing and co-ordination. Temperatures get up to around 30 degrees in the heated room so it is an extremely challenging class but has huge health benefits such as a bigger calorie burn, increased anaerobic performance and a more efficient cardiovascular system.

Heated HIT – Similar to Xtreme HIT in that it is done using our Polar Club system and has a range of different spinning/floor cardio exercises. A non-stop 30 minute workout. Temperatures get up to around 30 degrees in the heated room so it is an extremely challenging class but has huge health benefits such as a bigger calorie burn, increased anaerobic performance and a more efficient cardiovascular system.

Thai Box – A Muay Thai kickboxing class suitable for all levels. In this class you will be taught basic techniques like how to punch, kick, knee and elbow. It is a fun workout and in it you will be using punchbags and pads as well as shadowboxing and skipping. Great if you want to try something new and learn a new skill while increasing your fitness. It is taught by #2 ranked Irish Professional Muay Thai fighter Dylan Meagher.
