Class Details

Polar Spin – A spin class where you can follow all your vital statistics, which are displayed on 2 large TV screens in our fitness studio. Heart rate, calories burnt, recovery rate etc are all displayed so you can monitor how hard you are working to ensure you are hitting your personal targets. We recommend arriving 10 minutes before the class starts to get your heart rate monitor set up.

Heated Spin – The same as Polar spin but we crank up the temperature so that you get all the benefits of heated cardio!

Bootcamp – High intensity Boot Camp class using a variety of the wide range of equipment we have here in Xtreme CSC Clonmel to ensure you get a great workout in 45 minutes. Build strength, burn fat and have some fun while you do so!

Strength & Conditioning – A whole body workout using a combination of equipment designed to make you feel the burn. Lots of focus on technique to ensure you can bring what you do in class onto the gym floor yourself.

Barbell Blast – A class using the studio bars to hit the whole body. Legs, chest, shoulders, back, arms and core…nothing is safe from the burn during barbell blast.

Women’s Circuit Training – A mix of aerobic and weight bearing exercises specially designed for women. Get fit, burn fat and build muscle all at once!
