What you’ll need:
- 1 Ripe Banana
- 2 Eggs
- ½ tsp Cinnamon (optional)
- 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (optional)
- Blueberries (optional)
Method:
Simply add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until liquid
Add a little coconut oil or butter to a non-stick pan over medium heat
Pour 3-4 small circles of the mixture into the pan
Flip when they begin to brown underneath
Pop them on a plate and repeat!
Add whatever extras you’d like: Peanut butter, Greek yoghurt and blueberries are our favourites!
