Polar Spin – A spin class where you can follow all your vital statistics, which are displayed on 2 large TV screens in our fitness studio. Heart rate, calories burnt, recovery rate etc are all displayed so you can monitor how hard you are working to ensure you are hitting your personal targets. We recommend arriving 15 minutes before the class starts to get your heart rate monitor set up.
Heated Spin – The same as Polar spin but we crank up the temperature so that you get all the benefits of heated cardio!
Women’s HIIT: 30 min high intensity class. Quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods. Suitable for all levels of fitness.
HIIT: Same as Womens HIIT, except it’s 45 minutes and available for both men and women.
Spinning: A fun but challenging 45 min class suitable for all levels of fitness. “Disco Spin” class with flashing lights and loud music. This class focuses on endurance, strength and high intensity.
Legs, Bums & Tums: One for the ladies! A 45 min class using weights and body weight to tone and tighten targeted muscle groups.
Barbell Blast: 45 min class. A fun and effective, fat blasting workout performed with a plate loaded bar, designed to increase muscle strength and improve balance.
Step Aerobics: 45 min class. A fast paced, form of aerobic exercise using a step, to a choreographed routine. Offers and fun and effective workout for all fitness levels.
Gym Members – FREE
Non Gym Members – €8 per class
Polar Classes – €3 Members / €10 Non Members
Heated Classes – €5 Members / €12 Non Members
