Classes can take a maximum of 13 people per class. Pre-booking is essential. This timetable is subject to change.

Gym Members – €2 per class
Non Gym Members – €10 per class
Polar Spin – €3 Members / €10 Non-Members

Class Details

Polar Spin – A spin class where you can follow all your vital statistics, which are displayed on 2 large TV screens in our fitness studio. Heart rate, calories burnt, recovery rate etc are all displayed so you can monitor how hard you are working to ensure you are hitting your personal targets. We recommend arriving 15 minutes before the class starts to get your heart rate monitor set up.

Women’s HIIT – 45 minute class which combines intervals of high intensity exercise followed by short recovery periods. Suitable for all levels of fitness.

Spin – A high intensity indoor cycling class which will definitely get you sweating. This high cardio session will get your heart pumping and those calories burning. Our Spinning classes are ideal for all levels of fitness and lasts for 45 minutes.

Bootcamp – Join this challenging 45 minute class incorporating body weight exercises, agility equipment and cardio.

Ab Class – 30-minute class suitable for beginners to advanced, focusing on different exercises to strengthen and tone the core muscles. Ideal to take part in before spin class or at the end of your own workout

Detention – 45-minute class suitable for beginners to advanced, this class will be a mix of cardio and resistance training at an earlier time of 4.30pm for people that may find it difficult to attend evening classes.

20/20 – Combination of 20 minutes of spinning followed by 20 minutes of high intensity exercises.

Legs, Bums & Tums – 45 minute class. Ultimate lower body workout using weights and body weight exercise to tone and tighten targeted muscles groups.

Lean & Tone with Laura B – A 45 minute full body workout with Laura Butler
