Hi I’m Aaron , born and raised in Waterford. I have been a member in Xtreme since the beginning. And now working in this gym is a big achievement for me.

My background is in social care, however over the past few years the gym slowly turned into my passion. My main areas of interest are weight lifting/bodybuilding and I also plan on competing in bodybuilding over the next few years.
