Hi, I’m Darren the manager here at Xtreme CSC Mallow. I have been active from a very young age when I joined many teams in variety of different sports.

This interest led me to graduate with a degree in Recreation and Leisure management from MTU. Following this I also completed an honours degree in business.

I have a huge passion for health and fitness and would be more than happy to help anyone out if they have any questions in the gym.
