You can either select the automatic “Just Ride” mode or set up a variety of workouts. The monitor also offers a range of data including pace, watts, cadence (rpm) and Calories and which is automatically stored. Additionally, the PM5 provides both Bluetooth and ANT+ wireless connectivity, which gives you the option to connect it to a number of fitness apps and heart rate belts.

The handlebars are easily adjustable and can move up and down as well as forward and back. The saddle is also adjustable making the bike versatile for users of all shapes and sizes, especially those who may have back injuries or are going through rehabilitation.
