“A Waterford man born and raised. I have recently finished Exercise and Health Science in Waterford Institute of Technology and I also have sports therapy and massage qualifications. My aim is to help people work towards their goals and spread knowledge to as many people as I can.
I’ve a background in rugby which caused my love for all things gym and eagerness to try lift heavy things. My main personal interest is strength development as well as athletic performance and injury prevention.
