Hi I’m Luke and I’m 21 years old, I was born in Dublin and after living in Tipperary for a while I’m settled down here in Waterford. I’m in third year of Sport and exercise science in WIT.

I fell in love with the gym about 5 years ago and I haven’t stopped training since, my main area of focus is powerlifting which has since transitioned to bodybuilding work.

I’m very excited to be working here at Xtreme CSC and getting to meet all the like-minded people who are working to better themselves. Fun fact – I was a purple belt in kickboxing.
