We’re delighted to say that on 11th November 2019, we began Phase 1 of our gym improvements here at Xtreme CSC Clonmel.
Phase 1 included the introduction of a number of brand new Gym80 weight machines onto our gym floor including a new Independent Lat Pull Down Machine, Mid-Row Machine, a Duel Leg Press, Chest and Shoulder Press Machines and brand new Cable Crossover machines. These machines don’t just look fantastic, they are also easy to use and ensure each set that you do will achieve maximum results.
We also added 2 brand new Primal Monster Racks and a Primal Half Rack. These are the perfect accompaniment for leg day! The Half Rack also comes with a number of attachments, one of which is a landmine for different rowing exercises. Many of our members were looking for this so its great to have it on the gym floor now.
We have also gotten all new Spirit Treadmills, Upright Bikes, Recumbent Bikes and Concept Rowers and Ski Erg for all your cardio needs.
In our Gym Studio we have added 30 brand new Johnny G Spin bikes. These spin bikes are top of the range. They will ensure you burn as many calories as physically possible in all our Polar and Heated Spin classes.
We plan to add even more equipment in the coming weeks and months as we implement phase 2 and 3 of our gym improvements. These improvements are to ensure that Xtreme CSC Clonmel remains not only the best gym in Clonmel, but one of the best gyms in the country!
