We have made some additions here at Xtreme CSC Cahir. The additions span from our free weights room, across the main floor and into our studio. With a whole host of Primal strength plate loaded machines and squat racks having been added it will guarantee you a fantastic resistance based workout. For all the cardio fans we have some additions we are sure you are going to love. For example, Johnny G spin bikes, The Spirit Airbike and the HIITMILL X, all of these can be found in our HIIT Area in the studio. Happy Training!
Primal strength chest press – This chest press is designed to maximise the range of motion in your chest press movement. It is a great machine to use when trying to build your chest.
Primal Strength Shoulder Press – This machine is great for working on your delts while also working your triceps. It is great for building overhead power.
Johnny G Spin Bikes – These bikes are the best of the best when it comes to spinning. With magnetically controlled gears, comfortable seats and a user friendly interface it will make every spin class a treat.
Spirit Airbike – The Spirit Airbike is a fantastic addition to our HIIT area. The airbike allows you to choose different time and distance intervals to suit to your training. With your whole body moving this airbike will help you burn a lot of calories.
