Last week we had some very exciting changes here at Xtreme CSC Thurles. We have upgraded our equipment and restyled the gym floor.
Firstly, we have upgraded all our cardio machines to a top of the range brand SPIRIT. These are looking great on the gym floor and all our members are extremely happy with the new additions.
Our studio has been kitted out with 15 Johnny G Spin Bikes which are brand new and state of the art.
These modern bikes have brought our most popular class to a whole new level with the introduction of Bluetooth, RPM and a digital level of Resistance.
We are delighted to introduce 2 new Watt Bikes to the gym floor along with the SPIRIT Air Bike and the new beast machine HIITMILL X. With these new additions there is no escaping any HIIT session.
We have a brand-new range called Primal Strength. This includes 2 new platforms, resistance machines such as Leg Press, V Squat, Lat Pull Down and Shoulder Press, along with 3 new bench presses – Flat, Incline and Decline. This brand also brings the Monster rack and Half rack to our gym floor which has been very popular as people our loving the spacious area to train.
We’re delighted with the positive feedback from our new and current members. These exciting changes have been completed just in time for the busy new year ahead. We are looking forward to seeing all the new faces come January 2020 here in Xtreme CSC the best gym around.
